¤How indeed prepare his (her) engraving:

The most important:
 the quality of your mastering will make the quality of the engraving (recording on vinyl disk). Of a good mastering will result a good engraving. We wish vinyl's recording is accessible to all, so we do an equalization and a specific mastering to record on vinyl, for the best retranscription.     

_Adjust the volume between your tracks (do not overtake 0dB)..  

_Organize your tracks to not exceed the maximum time per side advised, namely:

12minutes/side for a 12" 
8minutes/side for a 10" 
4 a 6minutes/side for a  7"

_Place your tracks to have the sound which contains less of high frequencies lastly, there is a light loss of the high frequencies at the end of a vinyl. In this way the engendered loss will be lesser.

_If your composition contains aggressives charleys, aggressives cymbals or aggressives drums, attention to sibilants (s, ch, j...). Indeed the retranscription of these frequencies (of 3 in 6khz approximately), if they are aggressive are not well retranscribed.
The ideal is to apply only to these a " de-esser " to not touch (decline) to the general.
For the voices apply systematically a "de-esser".

_"Important", after  you burned  (engraved) your CD, verify please, that there are not defects, and that your tracks are in the good order. Indicate us the tracks per side: Example: track 1, 2, 3 on "side A" and track 4, 5 on "side B").   


¤What you have to send us:

_Send us your compositions on a CD (CDA, audio CD), we repeat it, verify please, the order of your tracks, the possible defects and the good protection of your packet (for the CD send).
Don't forget the order form and the track's order for the different sides.

¤Vinyls:

_Our vinyl 12" 120 grams on which we execute engravings are pressed vinyls (white label) so they are of the same quality as those of the business.

For 12" vinyl plate black or transparent, 10" and 7" only the macaroon changes, it's a stickers. 
They are also resistant in the time. You can scratch it, without any problem.

_Every disk has a white macaroon (label) per side, a white inner sleeve, a black outer sleeve with 2 holes and an outer plastic sleeve protection.

¤Means of payment and delivery period:

_You have several possibilities:
 paying by international check (at the order of 140grams) or international mandate, in both cases, the cutting work is only made after we have the money, the work period  is thus from 3 to 5 days minimum.
We also accept the bank transfer if you have no other means of payment (please contact us to obtain our banking coordinates).


The sending is made by colissimo (french service) in a packet special for vinyls ( guaranteed protection).

¤Guarantee and confidentiality:

_We guarantee the confidentiality of the compositions which you send us, your CD will be systematically returned with your vinyl(s).

_Every cutting work is controlled, but if a problem had escaped us, contact us.
